As a parking facility manager or owner, it is important to consider offering parking permits that fit your tenant, staff, and customer needs. Being able to provide your customers with various permit options such as pay-as-you-go, will allow individuals to select a payment schedule that is suitable for them.
Like its name, pay-as-you-go parking permits allow account holders to pay only for the duration they were parked for. This permit model provides customers greater schedule flexibility, thus increasing facility loyalty for you. It is a convenient product offering that typically only requires a simple reconfiguration of your existing monthly permit software.
Flexible Access Rights
Your parking facility’s access rights typically fall into one or all three categories: multi-site access, carpooling or family and unlimited in-and-out privileges.
Flexible Rate Structures
There are a variety of rate structures for parking operators to pick and choose from, such as daily, weekly, monthly or fixed rates.
Flexible Billing Cycles
Pay-as-you-go permits offer an assortment of billing cycles such as custom set date ranges, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and pay-as-you-go. Billing cycles are decided ahead of time by the property manager.
Pay-as-you-go parking permits are the future of a seamless parking experience. They are essential to meeting the ever-changing needs of customers, tenants and staff, making them a vital consideration.
